Wedding Barn Dance 14/12/19

Thank you, and the band, for bringing extra fun and music to Charlotte and Matt ‘s special day.

It was a great occasion, with many guests saying how much they had enjoyed the “barn” dance. We certainly did.

The photographer has captured some excellent action shots of people promenading across the floor.

Barn Dance 16 Nov 19

Hi Mike,

Your guys gave us a fabulous evening last night at Southbourne Village Hall.

Please convey our thanks to them. When we were organising the night, everyone I spoke to said….. “can we have the same band and caller as last time”

….and they all remember Barbara.

We had lots of dances and Barbara kept them going all night. Thank you once again.

Hopefully we will be able to organise another one next year.

Wedding barn dance with Songbird 12/10/19

Hi Lucy,

WOW! We just wanted to thank you a million times over for everything you and the Woodsiders did for us last weekend. All of the music was absolutely perfect.

I’ve had so many people say how lovely it was to come in to Here Comes The Sun (especially on a drizzly day!) and you nailed our first dance too! Just thinking about any of those songs brings out the biggest possible smile on my face.

I hope Dick has recovered from trying to instruct everyone how to strip the willow!! We had so much positive feedback about how much everyone loved the ceilidh – old, young, two left feet or two right feet, it was perfect. Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy themselves and I couldn’t help but join in despite being trodden on during every spin!

We are so thrilled that we decided to go down the route of a ceilidh, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants something a little different at a wedding or party.

It went down an absolute treat!

Fund Raising Barn Dance 23rd March 2019

Good morning Mike, Many thanks for your message and for such a fun evening on Saturday. I have received lots of good comments about the music and caller and am pleased to tell you the event raised £2,225 for Voices for Hospices Choir. This will help offset the costs of the big concert in Winchester Cathedral on 12th October and enable us to donate more funds to our Hampshire hospices.

North Baddesley 17/11/18

Thanks to the 40 dancers who joined us for our first public barn dance in North Baddesley. A great evening with lots of dancing. We will be repeating it next year.

Farnborough 6/10/18
